Step 1: Line your entire lips using a red lipliner. Then apply a bright red lipstick all over your lips. I’m using the color ‘Fire Engine’ von Gerard Cosmetics.
Step 2: Now it’s time to draw on the artistic lines on our lips. For this step I used a neon yellow eyeliner by Limecrime that is called ‘Citreuse’. Draw an upside down ‘V’ shape directly on to your cupids bow.
Step 3: Lastly draw on another vertical line directly on to the center of your bottom lip. If you close your lips the yellow pattern should look like a ‘Y’ shape. This look can be perfectly combined with an eye makeup I showed you in my last tutorial: Yellow Neon Makeup
