Mercedes-Benz awarded by Focus and Focus Money

According to a Germany-wide survey called “Kundenlieblinge 2014” which can be translated to “customer’s favorites 2014” carried out by the magazines Focus and Focus Money, Mercedes Benz was able to maintain their top position. The brand received once again the German seal “Customer’s favorite” and is therefore the most popular car brand with the most satisfied customers.

In total, 43 enterprises in the car industry were examined concerning their customers’ overall satisfaction. In the end, 1.1 million consumers were asked to express their opinion on the outer appearance, price, quality and service of different cars and car branches in the survey. Thus, the survey “Kundenlieblinge 2014” by Focus and Focus Money is the biggest examination of customer opinions in the car industry German-wide.

Mercedes-Benz was already able to convince their customers in the summer 2013 with their newly established marketing and sales strategy which is adjusted to the permanently changing customer wishes. For this reason, Mercedes-Benz was awarded the title Best Customer Service. The goal of the German car brand’s service strategy is handling and treating each customer individually, be it in terms of advice, test drive or after-sales service. In order to achieve this, Mercedes-Benz works with a kind of multi-channel approach, which can connect a multitude of different sales formats. In the end, this form of service harmonizes with the classical offer of the Mercedes-Benz showroom beautifully.
