Step 1: Draw on a winged cat eyeliner using a gel eyeliner, like from Maybelline.
Step 2: Apply a white eyeshadow base (NYX Jumbo pencil in ‘Milk’) all over your eyelid and a little bit above your crease to make your actual eyelid look larger.
Step 3: Now create a cut crease in your entire crease using a black eyeshadow (‘Blackout’ by Urban Decay). Blend it out using a light pink eyeshadow (‘Cupcake’ by Makeup Geek).
Step 4: Next apply the same white eyeshadow on your lower waterline and your inner tear duct to make your eyes look bigger.
Step 5: Apply the same black eyeshadow along your lower lash line and blend it out with the same pink eyeshadow we used earlier.
Step 6: Now it’s time to draw on the dramatic eyelashes. Draw them on to your upper and lower eyelid as shown in the picture. Lastly coat your lashes with a black mascara to complete this halloween look.
