The makeup I will show you today is a look that John Galliano presented in his spring/summer collection in 2010. The look is a lip makeup that is very futuristic-looking as well as metallic through the use of colors like purple and silver. To recreate this look, you will only have to follow five steps:
Step 1: Apply a light concealer all over your lips to erase your natural lip shape.
Step 2: Next draw on the outlines that will define your ‘new’ upper lip. Create a very defined cupids bow.
Step 3: Now it’s time to fill in your upper lip using a dark purple eyeshadow. An eyeshadow is perfect for this look because it helps creating a contrast between the matte and metallic finish.
Step 4: Dab on the same purple eyeshadow on the outer corners of the top part of your bottom lip. Leave the lower space of your lip blank.
Step 5: Lastly highlight the space above your cupid’s bow using a silver shimmery eyeshadow.
