Next to the exclusive ambience, the interior of the new BMW X6 convinces with maximum comfort and functionality. Several pockets and door pockets can stow your sunglasses or even 1.5 liter bottles. Practical benefits are given thanks to the back seat consisting of three seats being divisible at a ratio of 40 to 20 to 40. Thus, the new BMW X6 disposes of a baggage capacity of 1525 liters- 75 liters more than the previous model.
In terms of driver comfort, the Sports Activity Coupé (SAC) leaves nothing to be desired. The cockpit is designed ergonomically and driver-orientated, the increased sitting position provides a good view in any situation. A leathern sport steering wheel with multi-function buttons, shift paddles and a gear selector lever ensure a sporty driving feeling. Kneepads covered with leather placed on the central console support your legs comfortably while sporty driving along curves.
Then, several innovative driver assistance systems support the driver in his tasks. The optional equipment Driving Assistant Plus contains a lane departure warning system, a collision warning system with a city gradual braking function, an active velocity control with a Stop&Go function and a congestion assistant. A head-up display also contributes to increase concentration while driving in order to boost driving safety. In the driver’s field of view, the full-color display shows all relevant data. The display can be individually configured, hence perfect comfort is ensured.
