One legendary summer festival is an absolute must-go for true Berliner folks: the B.Z. Schlossfest in Diedersdorf. I’ve been going for 2 years straight now and I this year was no exception. I even brought my little doggie Jamie with me, who totally stole everybody’s thunder.

I met up with a friend of mine to spend a marvellous evening a little outside of Berlin with people from the showbiz’, sports, business and politics. This year, however, the festival was really busy. I was welcomed by a handful of photographers, who especially loved me in combination with my little Jamie.

And before you ask, no this time I did not opt for my trusty little black dress but dressed casually in shorts and a blouse. The weather allowed it because the sun was shining, which considerably improved the overall atmosphere as well as the mood of all invites. As a true food lover I always voice my appreciation for the catering because, like every year, they leave no stomach empty. I tried a tiny bit of everything, which was as per usual a little bit too much at the end of the night but it was so worth it.

When my dear friend and camera man arrived we started a couple of interviews for our local station. I even met a dear old friend of mine, who I met 2 yeats ago. Udo Walz is possibly every single year present and I personally feel like the party would somehow be incomplete without him. He brings a lot of laughs through the whole festival. Boxer Arthur Abraham was one of the last ones I was able to get before the lense as well as my favorite GZSZ actor Wolfgang Bahro. We always share a good time whenever our paths cross..

He is such a lovebug with a great sense of humour. I also met the lovely Annemarie Eilfeld, who originally comes from Dessau. The truly special thing about the B.Z. summer festival is the unique atmosphere. Every year around you get to meet up with well-loved friends and associates and are able to share a marvellous time with them. The cherry on top for me, besides numerous of live acts, was the huge fireworks at the end of the night. I didn’t expect it especially with Jamie as my plus one but luckily I could calm him and enjoy the show despite everything.

Everyone who is anyone in the showbiz’ has to visit the B.Z. summer festival at least once. It is truly one of a kind and is like a yearly family reunion.
