This eye makeup can be used for any occasion, the most striking reason to wear this though is to spice up a plain outfit.

1. At first you need to prime your eyes with a light eyeshadow base (NYX Jumbo pencil in ‘Milk‘). That way every eyeshadow looks brighter and more pigmented.

2. Then take a bright blue eyeshadow and apply it on the center of your eyelid, blending it out on the other sides.

3. For the smokey effect, take a black eyeshadow (‘Blackout’ by Urban Decay) and apply it on the ‘outer V’ of your eyelid and blend it in to the blue eyeshadow.

4. To make the transition between the colors and your skin color appear seamless, take a light brown eyeshadow (‘Wedge’ by MAC) and apply it on your crease.

5. For the next step, take your favorite eyeliner and draw a thin line as close to your top lash line as possible.

6. Because a smokey eye is not smokey without a black kajal on your waterline, apply one to it and blend it out with a black eyeshadow.

7. To finish off the eye look, use a couple coats of mascara on your top and bottom lashes. Your look is now complete!
