Fantastic Mr. Fox is an animated movie, which is based on the eponymous children’s book by Roald Dahl. It was shot by using the stop-motion technique and dispenses with digital retouch as far as possible. Also, the movie was nominated for the Oscar in the category “Best Animated Feature Film”.

Mr. Fox does what foxes can do the best, which is namely stealing chickens. When he hears that his wife Felicity has become pregnant, he decides to carry out a less dangerous job. From this time on, he writes columns for a newspaper. Eventually, such a job can’t really satisfy a real fox, and so, he soon starts longing for his olden adventures.

Meanwhile his son has already become a teenager, who is struggling against his envy of his cousin. Nostalgic Mr. Fox and his groundskeeper, an opossum, decide to go chasing chickens again. However, time has changed. The farm has new owners; the three farmers want to take revenge upon Mr. Fox and want to destroy his den, an old tree. Does Mr. Fox achieve to hold his own or is this raid going to be his last one? You guys, however, have to know that this is the cleverest fox of all times…
