Olena Dats is a Ukrainian label which claims to create European fashion with a Ukrainian soul. The brand is already active all around the world, having recently visited Berlin in 2010. Since 2005, it has been a permanent member of the Fashion Week Lviv , constantly impressing with their designs. Again, their latest collections didn’t fail to convince me. Olena Dats creates a prêt-à-porter collection and a couture collection. In the following I’m going to introduce the ready-to-wear collection for fall and winter 2014/2015 to you.
Olena Dats tends to work with a lot of lace and ornamental decorations which result in a very romantic collection. The creations almost appear dramatic, particularly if the black lace covers the delicate fabrics. The pieces of clothing additionally are marked by a feminine silhouette. Sometimes, the designs are more figure-hugging , other times they are characterized by a looser cut. Everything points to a thrilling diversity which is reflected by the outfits. We can observe an ensemble made of a pair of pants and a top in the collection. At the same time, a prom dress is presented.
Olena Dats truly won many hearts this season with the help of her European fashion with a Ukrainian soul. Feminine, romantic and extraordinary. We are looking forward to what she is going to present to us next season.
