We just survived the Carnival of Cultures, but now the next great event is awaiting us! Next weekend (14/15 June) is the time for the Lesbisch-schwule Straßenfest (Engl. Festival for Lesbians and Gays) at the Nollendorfplatz.
It’s the 22nd time for the Regenbogenfonds e.V. to present this festival, which stands for tolerance and acceptance. Klaus Wowereit and Elisabeth Ziemer will introduce the event on the main stage (Eisenacher-/Ecke Fuggerstraße).
While rainbow flags will waft on the Schöneberger Rathaus, the Nollendorfplatz becomes a party location. National and international musicians will fire you up on different stages.
Numerous stands are going to offer small and big delicacies. You can also enjoy a cocktail or relax in the beer garden.
The party will start at 11pm (both days) and, of course, you’ll get free entry!
