As a photographer, Francesco Carrozzini who was even nominated for the Emmy, is above all known for his narrational and story-telling portraits and fashion photos. Photography however is just one artistic talent the young successful photographer is blessed with.
In 2001 at the age of 19 years the young college philosophy student started his career as he created and designed a commercial for the Italian MTV. Since this project, he has been presenting the vastness of his talent in short movies, documentaries, ad campaigns but also in music videos, with which he participated in many international film events such as Cannes Lion as well as local film festivals in Venice.
With his photos, he embellished the covers and pages of different magazines like the Vanity Fair, L’Uomo Vogue, the New Yoker, W, New York Magazine or the Vogue Italia. Robert de Niro, Kanye West, Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks, Tony Blair and Beyoncé are only a couple of the celebrities who stood in front of his camera lens. Beyoncé’s music video of the song “Jealous” was directed by Francesco by the way.
