Hello my shoe freaks.

This label for men’s footwear has already mesmerized us with its rustic charm during the Fashion Week Berlin in summer 2013. I wasn’t the only one of the female section who was fascinated by the fun, happy easygoing aura which surrounded the sky-blue models with a classic cut. Also our male editors were figuratively glued to the stand of Frank Wright.

This label was founded in 1885 and is a trustworthy address thanks to its sturdy craftsmanship. The gentleman finds a faithful, stylish companion, but also a combination of classic cuts, sophistication and refreshing details. I could also find some of these exceptional details in the collection for spring and summer 2014 ;).

Of course, the Chelsea boots, ankle as well as the desert boots or the brogues can’t be left out. The newcomers are the chukka boots, a related form of the desert boots are mostly made of suede. My absolute favorite is the ankle boot in indigo with the aesthetic ornamental seams. It is the perfect symbiosis between upper extracurricular activities and the job, or maybe uni? I also liked the black smooth leather boots with a similar cut since I really like slim and pointy cuts on men’s shoes. They reflect the tough, self-confident performance with a big portion of style and elegance.

Whether it’s the fine color coordination between the leather and laces or the upper and inlay, Frank Wright creates a harmonious simage with this collection. I think this label appears much younger and dynamic than a couple years ago; also the prices are very competitive and attractive to young men who know the worth of the price-performance ratio.
