The label Clara Kaesdorf was launched during the Fashion Week Berlin 2013. Its main features are the innovative designs and showpieces, which convince with their wearability. Additionally, the attention to detail and the combinations of patterns mark the innovative talent of the designer. The spring/summer collection 2014 is named “Brainstorm”. Clara Kaesdorf was inspired by the influences of our society on the people; and is questioning if the fashion can give an individual expression to the chaos of patterns and forms.
The different sets of graphic patterns turn our thoughts into images, which influence our environment in a well-ordered chaos. Draperies and asymmetric cuts define the collection; and the color palette mainly includes orange and green shades. Beside the bold headpieces, which perfectly fit the topic “Brainstorm”, it’s especially the combination of the orange blouse and the layered skirt that stands out the most. The skirt consists of three different layers of fabrics in different lengths. The fabric, each color and each pattern can attract attention as a whole or individually.
Clara Kaesdorf achieves to realize the controversy between the human being and the society and the whole influence on the fashionable individual.
