The culinary compass points to Usedom

There are not less than five exclusive courses on the menu from February 4 until 9  at the Mercedes-Benz museum. Chef de cuisine René Bobzin of the gourmet restaurant Kaiser Spa Hotel zur alten Post at Seebad Bansin on Usedom is going to cook at the Mercedes-Benz starry nights and is going to please the customers. Dates for the second half of the year are already set: The autumnal starry nights are going to take place from November 9 until November 30 in 2014.

From 4th of February to 9th of February the upper floor of the Mercedes-Benz museum is turning into a meeting point for food lovers. “the Mercedes-Benz starry nights are exist since 2008 and I am happy that it’s an integral part of our program. Our customers do appreciate that we are getting the créme de le crème of the cuisine to Stuttgart, thus being able to serve culinary experiences right in front of our doors.” as Michael Bock says, Mercedes-Benz Classic Manager.

A feast for the eyes: Between February 4 and February 9 of 2014, TV cook René Bobzin from the island Usedom is going to direct the kitchen for the Mercedes-Benz museum and combines handwork and art in the preparation of food for 6 days. Seafood is one of the delicacies of chef of the gourmet restaurant Kaiser Spa Hotel zur alten Post on the Baltic island Usedom. They always inspire the chef to create new creations “with all influences of the world”, as Bobzin says.
