Tiede Ken wurde bereits mit der Kollektion für Herbst und Winter 2013 vorgestellt. Darin wurde schnell klar, dass beim Label ein gemütlicher und lebensbejahender Gedanke im Vordergrund steht. Dies wird auch in der Kollektion für Frühling und Sommer 2014 abermals unter Beweis gestellt. Die Farben sind für den Sommer noch etwas kräftiger geworden. Jeder Hauch von Schatten auf einer Farbe hat sich entfernt, sodass sie mit aller Kraft erstrahlen können. Blau, Gelb, Grün, Rosa und noch viele mehr machen ein jedes Outfit zur Freude des Betrachters.
Die Designs sind wieder sehr locker und die Farben sehr geometrisch angeordnet. Die Muster, welche durch die Farben entstehen, lenken alle Aufmerksamkeit auf sich. In dieser Kollektion ist aber noch ein weiterer Druck zu entdecken. Es handelt sich dabei um Batik, was den Designs den Eindruck verleiht, als würden sich einige Schleierwolken über den blauen Himmel ziehen. Für den Frühling und Sommer hat das Label bei dem ein oder anderen Look auch mal auf Farben und Prints verzichtet und damit ganz einfach schöne und sogar edle Kleidungsstücke entworfen. Das Kleid ist aus einem sehr hellen, glänzenden Stoff, der sich wie eine Schicht der Unschuld über das Model zieht und mit einem Band um die Hüfte zugeschnürt wird.
Tiede Ken gestaltet auch die warme Jahreszeit 2014 wieder sehr gemütlich. Die Kleidung ist locker, farbenfroh und zum Teil auch überraschend reduziert.

Tiede Ken’s collection for fall and winter 2013 was already presented to us. When I took a look at said collection, I quickly realized that the label wants to emphasize the laid-back and livid aspect of fashion and their love for life. The collection for spring and summer 2014 proves that their attitude hasn’t changed. The colors even became more luscious for the summer. The nuances seem absolutely pure. Blue, yellow, green, rose and many more colors are wonderfully bright and really turn the entire assortment of the brand into eye candy.
The designs are very easygoing and widely-cut and the colors are geometrically arranged on the fabrics. The patterns which result from this system really are eye catchers. In this collection another striking print however can be discovered. What I’m referring to is a batik pattern which makes me think of clouds moving slowly through the sky. For spring and summer, the label nonetheless even refrained from using colors for one certain look to create plain and even very noble designs. One dress we spotted was made of a bright and shiny fabric which wraps itself around the model’s body like a layer of innocence. With a cord, it is tightened around the hips.
Tiede Ken likes to dress their models in comfortable and laid-back clothing for the warm seasons in 2014. The clothing is widely cut, colorful and surprisingly plain.
