Der Erfolg der Designerin Leyre Valiente kam schnell. Von der Praktikantin in verschiedenen Modehäusern hat sie es bis zu ihrem eigenen Label geschafft – und das innerhalb von kürzester Zeit. Warum? Weil sie Mode macht, die es so noch nie gab. Sie selbst beschreibt es als eine Mischung aus Haute Couture, Kunst und Science-Fiction. Obwohl die Mode sehr außergewöhnlich wirkt, ist sie trotzdem absolut tragbar.
Die Kreationen für den Winter sind sehr elegant und absolut Haute Couture. Die Extravaganz sieht man jedem Millimeter der Designs an. Die unkonventionellen Schnitte und die Wahl der Stoffe sind einzigartig. Leyre Valiente zaubert aus außergewöhnlichen Stoffzusammensetzungen eine feminine Figur. Die Stoffe werden zudem gemischt, zum Beispiel mit Leder-oder Pelzelementen. Außerdem drapiert, rafft und faltet die Designerin, was das Zeug hält.
Mit sehr viel Liebe zu Details entstehen Kleider, Röcke, Hosen und auch Oberteile. Ein Kleid, das unsere Aufmerksamkeit erregte, hat einen fließenden Farbübergang von Grau zu Weiß. Der Stoff ist teilweise fächerartig, teilweise blütenartig gerafft. Am Rücken hat das Stück einen tiefen Ausschnitt. Diese besonderen Raffungen nutzt die Modemacherin bei vielen der Modelle. Meistens mischt sie zwei Farben, zum Beispiel Schwarz und Gelb oder Weiß und Beige. Die Vielseitigkeit der Entwürfe lässt sich auch auf die Silhouetten projizieren. Die Kollektion beinhaltet sowohl körperbetonte als auch Oversize-Modelle.
Zu der Mode gibt es natürlich die passenden Accessoires. Die Schmuckstücke ergänzen die Outfits optimal. Sie sind auffällig, jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Die meisten Ketten, Armbänder und Ringe sind in Goldtönen gestaltet. Ganz verschiedene Motive zieren den Schmuck. Zur Kette gibt es einen Vogelanhänger. Den Ring zieren hingegen steinartige Gebilde – natürlich in trendigem Altgold. Um das Handgelenk wird ein Faden gebunden, der sich viele Male um den Arm wickeln lässt. Dazu lässt sich die passende Halskette kombinieren.

The success of the designer Leyre Valiente came in no time. Starting as a trainee at different fashion houses, she succeeded in fulfilling her own dream when she founded her own label. This was achieved in a minimum of time. How? Because she creates fashion which most of you have never seen before. She personally describes her fashion as a mixture of haute couture, art and science fiction. Although the fashion seems very extraordinary, it is still absolutely wearable.
The creations for winter are very elegant and indeed very haute couture. Extravagance seems to fill up every cubic millimeter of her creations. The unconventional cuts and the choice of fabrics are unique. Leyre Valiente turns unusual fabric compositions into femininely cut pieces. Fabrics are wildly mixed which results in a combination of leather and fur elements for instance. Furthermore, Leyre drapes, gathers and folds the cloths like mad to create fascinating details.
With a lot of love for details, dresses, skirts, pants and tops are designed. One dress which caught our attention is marked by a fluent transition from grey to white. The fabric partly resembles a fan, sometimes however it appears like flowers due to the use of gathering techniques. Gathers are one of the main stylistic devices the designer makes use of. Most of the time, she mixes two colors such as black in combination with yellow or white paired with beige. The diversity of the designs are projected onto the silhouettes as well as the collection contains tight-fitting robes as well as oversize models.
In addition to the clothing, there are of course also matching accessories. The pieces of jewelry complete the outfits in an optimal way. Nonetheless, they never appear visually over-intrusive. Most necklaces, wristbands and rings are kept in gold. There are different motifs embellishing the jewelry. One necklace has a pendant depicting a bird. Another ring on the other hand is decorated with constructs resembling stones – of course the entire ring is designed in a stylish antique gold nuance. Wrapped around the wrist, a thread embraces the arm softly. In addition, you can wear a matching necklace.
