„Welcome Home, Voyagers“, was übersetzt „Willkommen zu Hause, Reisende“ bedeutet, nennt sich die neue Frühlings- und Sommerkollektion 2014 von Clover Canyon. Und genauso vielfältig wie das Reisen selbst zeigt sie sich. Die Kollektion soll von der Landschaft des südlichen Kaliforniens inspiriert worden sein. Dabei spielt Natur und Architektur eine große Rolle aber auch Kunst. Die Kollektion selbst wurde aufgebaut basierend auf der Mischung aus Blumenmotiven und geometrischen Linien. Verwaschene Motive und geschwungene Linien spielen ebenfalls eine tragende Rolle.
So zahlreich die Muster sind, so breit ist auch die Farbpalette. Sie hat praktisch keine Grenzen und ist wild gemischt. Die Schnitte sind meist tailliert. Doch auch bei den Stoffen und der Schnittführung wurde nicht an Kreativität gespart. Transparenter, leichter und fließender Stoff ist genauso zu finden wie fester und statischer. Selbst Plastik sehen wir immer wieder.
Ein äußerst bunter Damenanzug sieht dabei trotzdem stimmig und erfrischend schön aus. Die Hose reicht bis zur Taille und der Saum ist sommerlich knapp über dem Knöchel zu finden. Über Hose und Taille ist ein farbenfrohes Blumenmotiv zu finden mit einem hellblauen Hintergrund, als würden die Blumen in einem Schwimmbad treiben. Der Druck löst sich aber in der oberen Hälfte jeweils in Punkten auf. Als Ruhepol wird ein bauchfreies, weißes Top darunter getragen. Clover Canyon präsentiert mit der neuen Frühlings- und Sommerkollektion ein buntes Treiben, das nur im Himmel seine Grenzen zu sehen scheint. Die Designs sind farbenfroh und verkörpern den Sommer durch und durch.

„Welcome Home, Voyagers“ – that’s the name Clover Canyon gave to their new spring and summer collection 2014. And the collection is just as multifaceted and diverse as traveling. The collection was inspired by South California’s landscape. Here, nature and architecture are very influential, however art too. The collection was built upon a mix of flower patterns and geometrical lines. Washed up prints and curved lines also play an essential part.
As diverse as the patterns are, the range of colors is too. Basically, there are no set limits and everything is mixed wildly. Most of the cuts are tapered. However, the label does not waive using their creativity for cuts and cloths. Light, flowing transparent cloth is part in the assortment as well as firm, static cloth. We even see plastic every now and then.
A really colorful suit for ladies remains consistent, refreshing and beautiful. The pants are high-cut and the seam ends slightly above the ankles. A colorful flower pattern is printed on light blue background; it looks like the flowers are floating on the water. In this look’s upper half, the pattern disperses into dots. In order to add some tranquility, a cropped white top is worn below it. With their Spring and Summer Collection, Clover Canyon presents lots of colors, where the only limit seems to be the sky. The designs are colorful and truly incarnate summer.
