Gypsy 05 vereint in sich die Herzlichkeit und den Zusammenhalt der Roma und auch die Liebe zweier Geschwister.
Das Label versucht die Lebensart und auch den Stil Kaliforniens einzufangen und hat sich damit gleichermaßen das Ziel gesetzt, die verschiedenen Kulturen, die in den offenherzigen Bundesstaat eingetrudelt sind, zu integrieren. Den Designer-Geschwistern liegt aber vor allem die Umwelt am Herzen. Sodass sie die erste Färbe- und Druckfabrik in Kalifornien gegründet haben, die alleine durch Solarenergie betrieben wird. Das ist doch mal was!
Und ganz im Sinne der Roma und Hippies wird in der neuen Herbst/Winter 2013 Kollektion auch viel bedruckt. Dabei werden meistens leichte, luftige und fließende Stoffe verwendet. Mit dem weißen Maxikleid bekommt man auch einen ganz guten ersten Eindruck von Gypsy 05 und ihrem Stil. Es ist an der Taille zusammengezogen und hat bis dahin einen tiefen Ausschnitt, der unter den Brüsten zur Sicherheit noch verbunden wurde. Über das gesamte Kleid verteilt sich ein blau-violetter Aufdruck, der immer mal wieder freie, weiße Stellen zurücklässt. Mit der schwarzen Lederjacke als Kontrast wird der fröhlich leichte Look etwas ernster gestaltet.
Auch etwas ernst zu nehmender aber wohl genauso luftig zeigt sich die Hosen-Bluse-Kombination mit braun-grünem Print. Während die Hose eher aus festerem Material besteht, ist die Bluse wiederum fast schon durchsichtig. Über den Look verteilen sich, so scheint es zumindest, Miesmuscheln, die dem Model Schuppen verleihen. Es ist auf jeden Fall sofort klar, dass dieses Outfit von der wundervollen Küste Kaliforniens inspiriert wurde.
Ob man nun zur Meerjungfrau wird oder doch zum Hippie, Gypsy 05 strahlt einfach Lebensfreude und Freiheit aus – und wer mag das schon nicht?!

Gypsy 05 brings the warmth and the solidarity of the Roma but also the love of two siblings together.
The label tries to catch the lifestyle and the looks of California and has set their similar goal to integrate all the cultures the open minded state has. The designer-siblings especially care for the environment. Thus they built the first dyeing and printing manufactory in California which is powered only by solar energy! Now that’s something!
And in the sense of the Roma and the Hippies the new Fall/Winter 2013 Collection has many prints. Thereby they most often use light, airy and flowing cloths. With the white maxi dress you also get a great first impression of Gypsy 05 and their style. It is tightened at the waist and has a deep neckline reaching down there, which is connected at the chest – just in case. A blue and violet print covers the whole dress, which leaves a few white spots. With the black leather jacket as a contrast the happy and light look gets a little more smart.
Another look which is taken to be more serious but just as light is the blouse-pants combination with a brown and green print. While the pants are made out of rather strong material, the blouse is almost transparent. It seems like the look is covered with clams which give the model scales. One this is for sure: This outfit is inspired by the wonderful coast of California.
Weather you become a mermaid or a hippie, Gypsy 05 just expresses the joy of life and freedom – and who doesn’t like that?!
