Hallo meine Lieben!
Kennt ihr das Gefühl, tagtäglich mit seinem inneren Schweinhund in den Ring steigen zu müssen? Sei es der Gedanke an Sport, Prüfungsvorbereitungen oder, ihr habt es erraten, das Eincremen nach dem Duschen. Die Tatsache, dass man es nicht morgens machen kann, weil man eh schon spät dran ist aber nicht in die Klamotte schlüpfen kann, weil man klebt und abends sich nicht eincremen will, weil die Bettlaken sich bei jeder Drehung um deinen Körper wickelt, brrr macht mich ja beinahe seelisch fertig. So wie ich es sehe, haben wir 2 Optionen, A: Es trotz des ekligen Gefühls durchziehen und hoffen, dass man sich eines Tages dran gewöhnt oder B: Es lassen und mit trockener Haut durchs ohnehin harte Leben ziehen. Was, beide Optionen missfallen dir? Nun, wassn Glück, dass die großen Firmen wie Nivea an uns gedacht haben und die In-Dusch Bodymilch auf den Markt gebracht haben!
Ich kann mich noch wage daran erinnern, dass ich kurz vor Ladenschluss ins DM gerast bin, um mir eins dieser Wunderteile zu sichern. Der Preis für eine stattliche 400ml Flasche liegt bei 3,99€. Davon gibt es 2 Ausführungen, eine Weiße, für normale bis trockene Haut und eine Blaue, für sehr trockene Haut. Ich habe mir die Letztere geschnappt.
Die Konsistenz ist eine Mischung aus einer normalen Feuchtigkeitscreme und einem Duschgel. Die Handhabung fällt etwas schwer durch die Größe der Flasche, doch das Produkt selbst ist sehr einfach zu handhaben. Du duschst dich wie gewohnt und cremst dich noch unter der Dusche ein und spülst es einfach wieder ab. Die Creme hat den typischen Nivea-Geruch, den ich persönlich richtig mag, doch das ist echt Geschmackssache. Ich hoffe ja insgeheim darauf, dass Nivea auch noch weitere Ausführung um die Weihnachtszeit herausbringt. 😉
Fazit
Erst einmal ein Heureka für diese unglaublich innovative Idee! Der Gedanke daran, direkt nach dem Abtrocknen in die Klamotten oder ins Bett schlüpfen zu können UND wunderbar weiche Haut zu haben, macht mich besorgniserregend glücklich. Um das richtige Ergebnis zu bekommen, hier ein paar einfache und doch sehr wirksame Tricks: Nach dem Eincremen nicht mehr zu lange unter der heißen Dusche stehen bleiben, egal wie gut es sich anfühlt. Außerdem sollte man sich nicht trocken rubbeln, sonder trocken tupfen und man verlässt das Bad mit wunderbar samtiger Haut und einem Lächeln auf seinem Gesicht. J

Hello my fellow beauty lovers!
Okay, who else here is a victim of their own laziness? No shame people – we all have our inner couch potato who needs a good kick in the ass every now and then. It’s always the same whenever it’s coming to working out or studying or you may have already guessed it – moisturizing after the shower. Brrr, don’t you just hate the sticky feeling of your skin despite whatever good smell comes with it?
You can’t do it in the morning because you’ll stick to your clothes when you’re already running late and you can’t do it in the evening because you’ll stick to your sheets like nobody’s business. So except you have no problem of making actual time for moisturizing after your bath/shower you are left with two choices: A: Make do with the stickiness because maybe you’ll get used to it or B: Be left with dry skin. What, none of them appeal to you? Well, guess what, we just got a third option in: In-Shower Body Lotions!
When I heard of these little gems I was over the moon and couldn’t wait to get my hands on them. No kidding, I actually remember rushing out to my local drugstore right before closing time to get my hands on one of these babies. It retails for €3,99 for a bottle of 400ml. It comes in two different versions, a white one for normal to dry skin and a blue one for very dry skin. I personally opted for the latter. Nivea recently launched a smaller version of it after it rained critiques concerning the handling.
The consistency is a mixture between a regular moisturizer and a shower-gel. The 400ml bottle is a little too big for my taste as it continuously slips out of my hands whilst showering. The product itself however, is really easy to handle. The smell is pretty much what you’d expect for a Nivea product as they all have a very distinct scent to them – so you either like it or not. Application wise it’s as simple as showering. You simply spread the product over your entire body and rinse it off. No stickiness and no lost time.
My thoughts
First of all, standing ovations for the idea behind it – I love that there’s a product on the market which really deals with one of my biggest obstacle concerning skincare. It somehow really calms me knowing that I won’t have to make do with the sticky feeling before going to bed. The actual usage, however, can be a little bit tricky. You see, a successful finish is only achievable if you use it right. After sweeping the product off your entire body you need to get out of the shower instead of lingering under the hot steam. What also can be helpful is to gently dab your body dry instead of rubbing it dry and you’re left with stunningly smooth skin. I really do like the product and I don’t see how it’ll leave my shower anytime soon.
