Gegründet 1998, feiern Minus dieses Jahr ihr 15-jähriges Bestehen und sind in ihrer Linie, ihrem Design und ihrer Identität so klar wie noch nie. Ihre Wurzeln liegen im Skandinavischen Design, doch inzwischen haben sie ihre eigene Interpretation davon gefunden und sind ihren eigenen Weg gegangen. http://www.minus.dk/
Als Dänisches Label sind sie Teil der traditionellen, Skandinavischen Designkultur, welche für Funktion und Qualität steht. Minimalismus ist hier das A und O ohne etwa langweilig oder grau zu wirken. Ganz im Gegenteil, ihre klaren, feinen Linien wirken feminin, unterstreichen natürliche Schönheit und bringen einen Hauch von Wildnis in das Casual-Design.
Verzierungen und Dekorationen sind mit Bedacht und Liebe zum Detail angebracht und runden das Bild nur ab, anstatt es zu dominieren.
Die Farben wirken leicht und unaufdringlich, sie betonen die Schnitte der Kleidung. Im Allgemein kann man sagen, dass es eine sehr stimmige Kollektion ist, welche nicht um jeden Preis auffallen will und für natürliche Schönheiten gemacht ist…skandinavisch eben!
Sie wirken perfekt puristisch und minimal…ich schätze bei Minus hat sich ein Haufen von Perfektionisten versammelt, um das perfekten Stücke zu schaffen.

Founded in 1998, Minus celebrates their 15th anniversary this year. This year they are clearer, more resolute and persuasive in their design and identity than ever before. They consider their roots fastened to the Scandinavian design. As a Danish label, they are part of the traditional, Scandinavian design culture, which stands for functionality and quality. Minimalism is the fundament without appearing boring or grey and dull. On the contrary, their clear and fine lines seem feminine and emphasize the natural beauty, while injecting a touch of wilderness into the casual design.
Embellishments and decorations are added very deliberately and as a proof of the label’s love towards details. They round up the entire performance without dominating the brand’s style.
The colors seem light and unobtrusive, accentuating the cuts of the clothing, In general, you can say that the collection is very harmonic. The garments are timid, they don’t want to draw attention, but they lay emphasis on the natural boniness… yes, definitely very Scandinavian.
The clothes seem perfectly purisitic and minimalistic. We assume that Minus gathered a bunch of perfectionists in order to design these perfect garments.
