Wie kam es zu diesem Namen? „…Weit über die Grenzen des wissenschaftlichen Horizontes hinaus, sind sie bekannt und leben als Kultfiguren weiter unter uns.“ „Der Glanz und das Wissen dieser beiden Genies erlebt zurzeit eine zweite Blütezeit…“
„Viele Nächte tüftelten Einstein, Newton und der Inhaber in Los Angeles, um die Formel des EINSTEIN & NEWTON Looks zu finden. Elexiere wie Freiheit, Rebellion und Intelligenz landeten dafür im Reagenzglas. Die genaue Zusammensetzung ist natürlich streng geheim.“
Ach so erklärt sich der Name! EINSTEIN&NEWTON sind ein ganz frisches Label…so frisch, aber auch verdammt cool. Sie vertreiben bedruckte T-Shirts von hoher Qualität (wir durften den Touch-Test machen). Wären sie Musiker, dann spielten sie laute Musik mit Verstärker, Bass, Boxen und viel E-Gitarre. Wären sie Comedians, dann wären sie hart an der Grenze zur Satire. Und wären sie Künstler, dann balancierten sie auf dem schmalen Grad zwischen Genie und Wahnsinn. Moment mal, Künstler sind sie ja! Also, jetzt wisst ihr, worauf ihr euch einlasst.
Und jetzt mal ehrlich, wisst ihr was solch ein Unikum-Shirt kostet? 39,95! Und dabei sind sie ein Unternehmen, das alles selber macht, Autodidakten halt. Sie standen teilweise Model für die Motive, sie bearbeiten die Grafiken, leiten den Druck in die Wege, kümmern sich um den Vertrieb und um ihre Kunden. Ihre Shirts waren auch schon des Öfteren im TV zu sehen z.B. auf RTL, weswegen sie euch bekannt vorkommen mögen.

Diese Aufdrucke sind aufgrund von spezieller Drucktechnik und Farbe von besonderer Qualität. Auf der BBB verrieten sie uns, das der Print „raufgesprüht“ und nicht wie üblich raufgeplottet wird, was ein fabelhaftes Druckergebnis garantiert. Wir haben es gesehen, es sieht aus wie eingewebt! Grandios. Die Stoffe fühlen sich kuschlig weich an und werden aus 100% Baumwolle gefertigt.
Mit dem Slogan „What ever you wear, dress to kill“ treffen sie den Nagel auf den Kopf!
EINSTEIN & NEWTON hat den Puls der Zeit erkannt. Mit viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail ist eine Kollektion entstanden, die eine Symbiose aus coolen Prints und mega trendigen Quotes bietet. Daher ist sie sowohl anspruchsvoll, als auch authentisch!“
Die Präsentation auf der Bread&Butter war sehr gelungen Der stand war puristisch in Schwarz/Weiß gehalten und im Comicstyle dekoriert. Es war einer der Stände, die nicht durch ihre Größe oder Aufmachung allein glänzten. Klein aber fein war er und wir wurden warm in Empfang genommen. Ein Teil der T-Shirt Kollektion hing an Stangen auf Brusthöhe. Mit einem Gitter umrandet lag der andere Teil wie die üblichen Verdächtigen auf dem Boden, ordentlich sortiert und mit Schwarz/Weißen Einstein und Newton Absperrband in Szene gesetzt. Die Standbetreuer, die gleichzeitig auch die oben angesprochenen Autodidakten waren, hatten natürlich sehr viel Ahnung von dem was sie da Vertraten und waren offen, locker, freundlich und in Präsentationslaune.
Unserer Meinung nach waren das unter anderem die wohl besten Shirts, die wir seit langem gesehen haben. Sie treffen den Zeitgeist perfekt und sind trotzdem innovativ und individuell…we like!

“Many nights Einstein, Newton and the owner in Los Angeles were working on finding the formula of the EINSTEIN & NEWTON look. Elixirs like freedom, rebellion and intelligence were put in the test tube. The exakt composition of course is top secret.”
Ah, this way the name explains itself! EINSTEIN & NEWTON are a fresh new label… so fresh but also so damn cool. They distributing printed T-shirts of high quality (We were allowed to perform the touch test). If they were musicians, they would play loud music with amplifier, base, speakers and a lot of electric guitar. If they were comedians, they would be bordering Satire. Und if they were artists, they would be walking the fine line between genius and madman. Wait a second, they are artists! So you know now, what you get yourself into.
And now for real, do you want to know what such a unique shirt costs? 39,95 €! And that while being company, who does everything on their own, autodidacts merely and simply. They were modeling for some of the subjects, they work on the graphics till they are finished and they take care of the printing and of the customers. Everything simply done by this small company. Their shirts have been on TV several times, for example on RTL, that is why they might seem familiar to you.

Although we don’t want to discriminate the genders with that, since several of the subjects are unisex and they have decided to print them on men and women shirts alike.
These prints are because of the special printing technique and color of special quality. At the BBB they revealed to us, that the print is actually “sprayed on”, instead of plotted, which guarantees a fabulous result. We have seen it, it looks like woven in! Awesome. The fabric feels very soft against the skin and it is made of 100% cotton.
With the slogan “What ever you wear, dress to kill” they hit the nail right on the head! “EINSTEIN & NEWTON have their finger on the pulse of time. With much blood, sweat and tears and love for details, a collection has arisen, that offers a symbiosis of cool prints and super trendy quotes. That’s why it is both ambitious and authentic.
The presentation at the Bread and Butter was very successful. The booth was kept in puristically in balck and white and decorated in comic style. It was one of the booths which did not shine because of its size or layout alone. It was small but mighty and we had a warm welcome. A small number of T-Shirts were staged more than good, framed with a grid they were lying on the ground like the usual suspects, neatly sorted and staged with black and white Einstein & Newton barrier tape. The staff of the booth, who were also the already mentioned autodidacts, of course had great knowledge of what they were presenting and were open, casual, friendly and in mood for presenting.
In our opinion, those were among others the best shirts we have seen in a long while. They are perfectly in touch with the zeitgeist and yet are innovative and individual… we like!
