So, I’ve been doing this for long while now. …to be exact? Seriously, I don’t know; and I get headaches when I’m trying to think about it. I’ve learned a lot, I learned the right way, the hard way. This sticks in your mind; and trust me, you don’t want your nose to bleed or your body to sweat twice!
1. Never fight on a day which follows a training session. Aching muscles are seriously terrible! I mean, this helps you to build up muscles, but if you take a lot out of them the next day, it won’t be that good for your health. Plus, they will get tired very fast and you will lose after only some seconds! Trust me, if you’ve done some shoulder exercises, you can’t keep your arms up for a long time; and you can’t even fight.
2. Blood – if a body part is bleeding, you don’t have to stop at once, but there are some parts which signalize you to stop! So, there we have our eyes. If blood comes into your eyes or behind them, you might get an eye defect. Trust me, being blind, doesn’t matter for how long, is seriously NOT GOOD. If blood starts to come out of the mouth, it can be really annoying, especially when you swallow the blood. Then, you might have to vomit. That’s no joke. The human stomach can only absorb ½ of your own blood. This protects your digestive system. That’s quite “nice”, right? But it’s really uncool to vomit blood.
3. Jumping – never jump around if you don’t know how to jump properly. If you start to jump, you can’t change the direction (I don’t think you’re one of the kung-fu movie heroes) and if you crash into something, you will knock yourself out. Additionally, your enemy can hit you during your jump; and this hurts a lot. Try to stay on the ground and only jump towards your opponent if you have already trained a lot.
4. Kicking – again, try to keep your legs on the ground. You need a lot of practice, otherwise you can quickly lose your balance; and a slow kick can be even stopped by the opponent.
5. Wear bandages, seriously! Not only do they look cool, but they also protect your fingers and joints. An overstretched finger or a welding capsule can hurt a lot and also take a long time to heal.
6. If you notice that your muscles need a break, take a break! If they start aching, it can be too late.
