San Andrès Milano is the label of the eponymous fashion designer, who prefers being considered a traditional tailor over being called a fashion designer. Andrés studied the art of tailoring in his home town in Mexico City. Thanks to a scholarship he was allowed to continue his training at the Paris American Academy in Paris in the field of Haute Couture.
Andrés Caballero is an admirer of traditional tailoring methods, which is reflected in this collections. His manual processing practices were the striking factor which drew a lot of attention to his label at the Fashion Week in Milan 2006 when his atelier has been opened.
