Welcome to my second blog post. Here’s what’s in store. . .
As a former Columnist, Blogger and Writer for various Intimate Apparel journals including #BreastBriefs #NOUMagazine #TheLingerieJournal #GLOWBeautyMagazine and others, I wrote about trending Breast Cancer, Advancements with New Technologies, Bras, Brands and Intimate Apparel Market Leaders to name a few. I am an author of trilogy series and penned my Breast Cancer story in “My Pain Woke Me Up – BLISS!” I have also served on the Board of Trustee at Susan G. Komen Board North Jersey affiliate.
Now as a new apparel designer of the CRISSCROSS™ Intimates collection, I will continue to blog about my designs, the needs of survivors, advancements in breast research and the use of emerging textiles, fabrics and fibers, SMART and other innovative technologies. As I approach my ten year survivor celebration, I will share survivor stories and those about post-recovery.
As I continue to learn and launch this e-commerce site and enter into NEW territory, I will share the good and the bad and indifferent about being a start-up and small business owner. From multimedia entrepreneur entering the intimate apparel industry to discussions about production, manufacturing, partnering, sourcing, and so on. Some topics may be welcomed by some and others not welcomed by all market leaders and how I handled diversity, obstacles, objections, and certain business situations along the way.
How I persevered to get to the launch process – unstoppable to live my dreams. How I believed in myself, set goals and had a vision to succeed. You will hear more about this later but it’s an important message to understand not to let your guard down and to persevere if you are serious about taking an idea to market. I overcame objections and followed my passion. As a survivor, we are strong and learn to become stronger each and everyday. So with that, I want you to know, I won’t let any stone go unturned. I welcome your comments and look forward to hearing from you info@crisscrossintimates.com, CRISSCROSSIntimates.com.
All the breast,
