Especially when traveling to far-away places and when your flight takes more than just a couple of hours, there are some crucial beauty items every woman should carry with her in her hand luggage. First of all, keep in mind that there are strict regulations concerning things you’re allowed to carry on the plane, especially regarding liquids. Only a maximum of 100ml is allowed for each product and all in all, you shouldn’t have more than 1 liter.
Since I’ve taken quite a lot of flights during the last few years, I’ve already put together a must-have beauty list for every flight. When packing any liquids, such as creams, washing foams, toothpaste etc. I really like to use all the cosmetic samples I usually get from my online beauty orders or shopping trip at the drugstore/perfume shop. Sometimes, you can even order free samples (shampoo and other hygiene products) online! Here’s a short-cut of products you should bring with you in order to keep your skin clean and protected when being exposed to the dry air in airplanes.
- Makeup remover tissues and if possible cleansing foams/wipes to remove any dirt
- Serum/essence, eye cream or at least some cream/body butter to moisture your skin and keep it hydrated
- Lip balm
- Sheet masks are my secret must-haves. They are easy to use; they freshen up your tired skin while providing hydration.
- Eye patches, lip patches
- Sanitizer, tissues
- Hair oil, hair freshener, small hair comb
