The Nutcracker originally written by ETA Hoffmann is probably the most famous and popular Christmas story of all time. It’s particularly the original ballet adaptation that won the hearts of dance fanatics and Christmas enthusiasts all over the world.
The world-famous fairytale now comes to Berlin from December 1st – 12th, 2015, ready to enchant its audience with a wonderful show that will surely blow you away because it is fully performed on ice. The Stars of the show are the Imperial Ice Stars, the elite of ice skating, dressed as the Nutcracker and the evil Rat King in order to take you to a journey through a magical winter wonderland.
In the Admiralspalast of Berlin, the Tchaikovsky classic is going to be presented as a symbiotic combination of acrobatics, ice skating and ballet.
