FUN TIME is a fashion label founded in the year 2011 which devoted itself to streetwear inspired by one of the most iconic fashion eras in history: the 90ies. With each collection, a new topic is addressed and illustrated in amazing designs. The winter collection 2015 is given the name “No Wave” and impresses with sporty, casual cuts which particularly celebrates the hip hop style as an essential factor in the development of our modern casual fashion.
This look is the epitome of urban design und has a multitude of potential favorite pieces in store for us featuring luscious colors, cheeky prints and funny and sharp sayings which will spice up your everyday life. The trendy basics come in the shape of t-shirts, sweaters for her and him and will leave you enough creative room for individual outfit compositions. No matter whether sporty, elegant or absolutely hipster – the possibilities seem endless.
The winter season is all about dulled, discreet colors – be it black, grey or white. Nevertheless, neon highlights have been incorporated to create eye catchers. The bright yellow fashion pieces are my personal favorites because they guarantee one thing: You definitely won’t ever be overlooked again with them. However, I have to admit I also fell in love with the cheeky sayings like “This ain’t no party” and “Boys do cry” which provide you with a unique wow-factor.
Indeed, the youth movements and subcultures served as the main source of inspiration for the winter line which is absolutely visible from my point of view. There is no doubt, the 80ies and 90ies were visually revived in this collection – be it post punk, new wave and the acid house scene!
