Step 1: Use a black eyeliner and a thin brush to draw on the outline of a cat eyeliner along your upper lash line.
Step 2: Fill the space inside the black lines using a white gel eyeliner (e.g. by Inglot).
Step 3: Take a light brown eyeshadow and blend it along your lower lash line. (‘Latte’ by Makeup Geek)
Step 4: Highlight the inner corners of your eyes with a light blue, shimmery eyeshadow.
Step 5: Apply a black mascara on your upper and lower lashes.
