At the Lakmé Fashion Week, visitors are immersed in the beauty of India and seduced by oriental fashion. At the same time, they are surprised by western influences and experience the confluence first hand. One designer who orchestrates the special moments there is Rizwan Beyg! The Pakistani fashion guru has been inspiring the fashion world for years with his individual view of fashion which he once gladly described as radical and revolutionary.

The ex-interior designer turned to fashion rather accidentally – he wanted to put the beauty of Pakistani women in the scene. From the beginning, wedding dresses were particularly in his field of expertise which has shifted today towards ready-to-wears.  From the beginning, it was always the delimitations that brought Rizwan Beyg to the most important contents of his version. Boundlessly, yet always with reference to the tradition of his homeland, he still presents incomparable collections today.

Some prefer to call it provocative that sensuality and coolness play a big role in the male and female lines. For example, the man dresses in a transparent tank top and vest or the woman combines a skirt with a woven crop top. The colourful, crazy colour scheme and the oriental patterns give the pieces their eastern identity.

Even in the field of Accessories, the Pakistani creator stays true to his individual line – shoes and bags celebrate the diversity of the world of colours.
