Fringes, fringes, fringes – with beautiful fringe designs, the Italian brand Isabel Garcia succeeded in reaching the trend-setting top league of the European fashion market in the summer 2015. The talented designer Elliot James Frieze, who was appointed creative director of this brand in the summer 2014, is the one responsible for the creative ideas. In order to draw from a vast pool of inspiration, he travels through Europe and Asia on a regular base, physically as well as mentally. Real connoisseurs who are already aware that the London-born designer established his own eponymous brand on the Asian market should not be all too surprised at the beautiful Asian influences which were incorporated into the fashion of Isabel Garcia. The globetrotter pairs Asian fabrics and patterns with European silhouettes, creating a breathtaking symbiosis of both worlds. Aware of the cosmopolitan esprit of his clientele, he defines the typical customer as follows: “She’s a soft, feminine world traveler with a penchant for tactile pleasure and a desire for impeccability”

The materialized immaculacy made of fine, exclusive fabrics softly embraces the skin here at Isabel Garcia. Silk from Asia, cashmere from Yorkshire as well as Italian silk duchesse or Satin from France form the base of Isabel Garcia’s breathtaking couture.

Apart from the lovely fringe details, another important feature of the SS15 Gold Label collection by Isabel Garcia is the handmade embroideries created by professional silk embroiderers in China. The delicate images of dragon flies and Koi underline the sensitive, feminine and smooth character of the collection and the Asian touch. Fashion designer Elliot James Frieze pays attention to each detail in order to create a balanced overall image. “I deliberately keep the silhouettes simple, timeless and refined so that the fabrics and techniques get the airtime they deserve.”, the designer stated in an exclusive interview with Readthetrieb.

The ready-to-wear collections are indeed ready to be worn by you!
