In January, it’s all about fashion at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin. To be more precise: it’s all about the winter fashion 2015/16. Ewa Herzog will also demonstrate her creations on the runway. She is one of the so called „Hauptstadt“ designers (designers from Berlin) that characterize the event. After finishing her studies in 2010, she launched her eponymous label and won many hearts from all over the world.
Her love for fashion has always been the main ingredient for her beautiful looks. Inspired by Berlin’s life, she pays attention to fair working conditions. That’s not all. She also focuses on clear structures, which is absolutely visible in her collections. High fashion becomes wearable on the streets and are turned into a feminine statement.
For winter 2014, she wants women to be women. Floor-length dresses, lace fabrics, body-shaping cuts with focus on the waist and sensual transparency are unified, here. It’s a mix of precious business designs as well as day and night wear. The wearer is dressed in chic leather pants and blouses for an everyday look. And in the evening, she jumps into a floor-length skirt and combines it with a delicate lace sweater. Dark shades add elegance to the precious pieces. Aside from black and brown, Ewa also relies on red and beige highlights.
The summer collection 2015 is dedicated to lace. The colorful and joyful line consists of feminine garments that are combined with an elegant, playful character. Lace elements add a romantic touch to most of the styles. The short dress, for example the yellow one or green one, become the statement pieces for summer. Muted colors like black and rose or metallic shine define the evening version. Aside from the dress, you will also find short tops and peplum tops here, which all represent summery, feminine highlights.
