During her studies, the German designer Frida Homann already decided to found her own label called DYN. Having studied in Berlin, she will honor the fashion capital with her presence at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in January. However, this is not her first performance there. In the year 2011, she already succeeded in getting into the top 30 of the Designer for Tomorrow Awards which took place within the frameworks of the Fashion Week. DYN stands for the connection of a urban mentality with classical men’s wear which drips with charisma.

As a graduate of the HTW Berlin, Frida practically embodies the urban Look. She combines the unique rhythm of the metropolis with her interpretation of modern elegance. Traditional forms and cuts are complemented with sophisticated highlights in the shape of patterns and colorful experiments. The latest line in the assortment is devoted to the summer 2015 and takes the man back to nature.

Neon colors in a floral ocean could be the motto of the colorful line. In said collection, standardized chic is getting individualized so that the fashionable man can discover himself anew. The suit is of course representing the base in this case. However, DYN incorporates beautiful details into the classical suit design to create a real novelty on the fashion market. One beautiful example of this concept is the pleated pants by Frida Homann which have been given an edgy and sporty makeover. Matching this style, a boxy jacket is worn by the handsome mannequins. While grey as well as beige are considered the main colors here, romantic roses and flowers form breathtaking prints. Botanical beauty at its finest in rose, green and soft blue shades will appeal to those who love nature. The core piece of the collection is by the way a very lavishly designed jacket made of ruffles, which look like flowers. Indeed, this jacket is meant to emphasize the androgynous and feminine side of the male wearer whose masculinity however is not taken away by it. Easygoing elements and classical attributes are united to form an elegant and refreshing result.

On the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, novelties await you for the fall and winter season 2015/2016.
