Hey beauties.
We’re now officially heading into the best month of the year. December is full of holidays, parties and events and within a blink of an eye the year’s over. To be fully prepared for every single event that’s being thrown at me, I tried out a couple of looks for my nails. I’d like to show to you one of them. This manicure would be perfect for a little pre-Christmas party.
What you will need:
1x navy blue polish
1x matte top coat
rhinestones
1x pair of tweezers
Step 1
Against all odds I won’t be using a typical Christmas color like red, green or gold. I painted my nails a dark shade of blue for this look. This color looks absolutely amazing with the rhinestones we’ll be needing in a couple of minutes.
Step 2
To achieve the matte effect you’re going to need a mattifying topcoat. I use one by Essie and couldn’t be happier with the results. However, you can get cheaper alternatives at drugstores like dm or Rossmann.
Step 3
Now we’ll get to the exciting and more difficult part. Get your pair of tweezers and pull the rhinestones from the foil. Then place them neatly next to each other close to the nail wall. Put them as close together as you can for a neater look.
