Ever since the last year, this designer, who we have featured in our previous article, has really made a change. Back in July, 2013, her handcrafted leather bracelets COWBAND – your personal collection – handcrafted were featured on the new “Herzblut” fair for Newcomer labels in Berlin as well as on the Tendence fair in Frankfurt in August 2013. And for traditions’ sakes the fashion design graduate Susanne was also present on the Nikolausmarkt in her hometown.
This year around, the label will get the chance to be part of consumer exhibitions like the Designer- und Kunsthandwerkermärkten for the first time ever. And on the Frei-Cycle-Design fair in Freiburg she had a special thing on her mind: For each of the 20 mini bottles of self-made marmalade she asked for a donation of 2€ to donate to the Free The Children foundation. She already gives away 3€ for each sold bracelet to the organization.
The COWBANDs can also be found in one, maybe two regional places: One being in a jewelry and fragrance shop called „Britta’s“ in Niefern and the other one being in Pforzheim/Eutingen at the „Tante Käthe“ café. Since October 1 a third place, also in Pforzheim, was added to the list. A small studio in the new creativity center, which used to be a public swimming pool, also offers personal consulting regarding the pieces upon request.
As for now you can also get your COWBAND in Sauerlach on the Nikolaus-Dult exhibition from November 21 – 23.
