Step 1: Apply a black eyeshadow all over your eyelid, starting from the inner corner to the outer corner. Stop if you reach your crease without overdrawing it. Step 2: Create a cat eye by following your lower waterline. Connect the line to your crease and fill in the empty space using the same black eyeshadow.
Step 3: To get the ‘Doll eye’ effect you will need to lay the focus on to your lower lashes. Take a mascara and apply many coats by letting them try in between. That way your lashes will get thick and clumpy, which is exactly what we want for this look.
Step 4: Lastly use one coat of that same mascara on your top lashes and reapply the black color on your eyelid, if needed.
