Adidas presented the brand’s first predator soccer shoe collection with Crazylight technology on October 20th. The Predator Crazylight is provided with a revolutionary Lightweight construction which is, as the name suggests, defined by the use of extremely light materials. The shoe is part of the new Crazylight Packs which includes new f50, 11pro and Nitrocharge models apart from the predator. Since the introduction of the adidas adizero™ f50 in the year 2010, adidas has been truly dominating the general range of light soccer shoes. With the introduction of the new Crazylight Pack, adidas will be able to keep this supremacy. The new Predator Crazylight only weights 215 g the models f50 and 11pro are even lighter with 140g and 180g, while the Nitrocharge model weighs 225g.
The Predator Crazylight is one of the 14 special edition shoes of the Predator Instinct, which were all launched onto the marked in 2014 in order to celebrate the 29th birthday of the football shoe icon. Like the Predator Instinct, the Predator Crazylight features the so-called lethal zones as well as the Control and Pass Pads for ultimate ball control and precision. The Sprintframe technology paired with the extremely light weight will guarantee maximum control. For the f50 and the 11pro, a new outer skin was developed which is supposed to be lighter than any exterior materials used before by adidas. Nevertheless, this new exterior skin is marked by an incredible quality.
