For this look I used an eyeshadow palette by Eveline Cosmetics, which includes 4 eyeshadows, that are perfect for creating a blue smokey eye look.
Step 1: Use the first white color as a highlight on your brow bone and in your inner corners.
Step 2: Then take color number 2 and apply it all over your eyelid.
Step 3: Next take the third shade and use it in your whole crease area, as well as your lower lash line.
Step 4: For a darker effect, take the fourth color and use it to darken up the look by applying it to the very outer part of your lid. Also run it along the outer part of your lower lash line and along your upper lash line.
Step 5: For a sharp edge on the outer part of your eyes, use a makeup wipe to create a cat eye effect. To do that, just follow your lower waterline with the makeup remover.
Step 6: Use black mascara on your top and bottom lashes.
