In Niederschöneweide, you can find a brewery which has been empty for already 10 years. Not only is it a beautiful old brick building, but it also big and many interesting things lie around here. At every second corner, you will find fascinating street art.
However, I was told that it is already partly ramshackle and you should be careful when caving in. According to a good friend of mine and urban explorer, many stairs do not have handrails anymore. Sometimes, you will also meet the public order office walking around in the old Bärenquell-Brauerei, but you do not have to worry as long as you do not spray graffiti.
