The fashion brand House of Dagmar was founded in the year 2005. It is in the first place known for its elevated style which appears unconventional and unique. Awarded for its unique hallmarks, House of Dagmar established itself on the European, Asian and American market. Three sisters run the fashion brand, inspired by their grandma who became their muse. Influences from architecture, art, filmmaking, music and dance determine the glamorous, individual style of the designs.

Picasso’s cubistic artworks particularly, too, influenced the fashion of the sisters who chose this art style as the guiding theme of the winter collection 2014. In said collection they used collage techniques and play with colorful prints on dark backgrounds as well as different materials. Affecting the beholder’s perception of the fashion plays a crucial role in this case because extreme materials, exciting color transitions and knitwear result in amazing looks. Knitted materials as well as leather and latex are incorporated into the elegant line. Waisted pants and skirts or casual tops are individualized by peplums, mesh fabrics or double-layered material.

The light and joyful summer line this year is defined by bright colors and bright white. In contrast to deep black which is presented in stripe patterns the bright nuances seem to shine bright. The delicate, feminine silhouettes are flattered by figure-hugging dresses and leather skirts. Thanks to blazers or boxy jackets the tight-fitting looks receive a noble flair.

At the Fashion Week Stockholm the Swedish label will present their fashion collection for the summer 2015!
