The New York menswear label Public School can indeed be described with the terms ”fashionable“, ”up to date“ and ”innovative”. The designs seem very clean and feature small details, which make the entire collection appear very sophisticated. Slim-fit pants, elaborately designed shirts, sweaters and shorts make up the assortment.
The chosen colors are all rather muted, as the color palette is mainly reduced to black, white grey, brown and blue so that the cut alone is the eye-catching element. One of my favorite looks consists of a combination of a white shirt with black shoulder applications and a brown pair of pants. The shirt was truly refined with the shoulder applications which lend it the certain something.
The look is perfected by the ensemble of a blue pair of velvet pants and the top in grey and black which impresses with the help of a sophisticated cut. The entire Public School collection is convincing because of the minimalist details, which complete the looks and refine it.
