Marija Cvitanovic puts the focus of her collection into an array of dresses; always striving to emphasize the femininity of the wearer in a delicate and elegant way. Therefore, she puts different styles together and lets them flow into each other. Then she adds distinctive traits and seductive surprises into the style, which is reminiscent of the Dresden Bauhaus.
As a designer and costumier, Marija puts a lot of value into fashion, which shall adjust to the wearer and not vice versa. The colors and shapes of the dresses harmonize through perfect fit and simple colors; these are primarily red, grey and black – colors with great impact, which can be reinterpreted over and over again.
Slim cut knit dresses with sexy cut-outs, for instance at the décolleté, make up the majority in the line. Many colors are combined in a fascinating fashion and there’s often another special trait added, such as fringy seams or zippers. So it’s a look that’s very elegant, yet it shows some bold details as well.
