This summer 2014, Rick Owens and Adidas have got something really rad in store for us. I say “something”, because to be entirely honest, I’m not entirely sure if it’s meant to be a training shoe or a Bedouin shoe!
The color beige dominates the entire Vicious off-the-Runway; the laces and the vamp have a minimalist style while the sole protrudes out at the heel and toe cap. The tongue is rather huge, too. The color, which reminds me of sun-bleached bones or wood, makes the shoe a perfect fit for the desert…or for fashion icons of urban areas. This is no sneaker – this is art!
