A whole century after the infamous Titanic left its harbor we’re now looking at a second debut for the infamous ship in 2016. Of course we’re talking about a copy of said ship. Only minor modifications, for instance the security measurements and entertainment equipment, were undertaken.

There will be a theater and a casino and there will also be wireless Internet available on the whole ship. The creators of the ship also built in two mock chimneys in the front of ship to enable the people to use them as galleries later on.

Even the route is the exact same one from 100 years ago – from South Hampton to New York. But the actual coup: Depending on how much you are willing to pay, you’ll have the opportunity to relive the class based society on your trip. You can get the clothing of your “class” to really recreate the time of 1910. That means the first class gets to use anything and everything disposable on the ship, whilst the rest of the ship until the fifth class down in the boiler room has to fight rats over bread crumbs. Well, that’s exactly how it should be on a cruise, right?

To provide the needed security measurements, modern stabilizers were built in and sufficient life boats fit for high sea were incorporated. And yes, there will be cameras on the bow for you to reenact the “I’m the king of the world”-scene from the movie.
