Stress balls to throw around and or punch are so yesterday. Let me please introduce you to the “Cuddlebot”, which kind of reminds me of the fluffy “Critters” (1986) without all the biting and with a little bit more cuddling. The Cuddlebot is more than just a fluffy ball to love, it contains the latest technology invented by Anna Flagg, who works for the Sensory Perception department at Interaction Research Group.

The little, robot-like fur ball has the function of calming down stressed out kids through vibrating or purring. Watch out, it might be the Furby of the future, kids!
