If you have read a couple of my previous posts you may or may not have already gathered my love for true bargains and the love to share it with you. In nowadays world people like you and me get so influenced by bloggers or beauty gurus online that we feel the urge to buy whatever they show us which explains my, some may call it obsessive, drive to collect beauty products.
But today’s post is going to be a very special one. It’s about a little tip on how to save your money whilst using your products more often. “Just Shop.Your.Stash”. Yes, it’s incredibly simple, yet unbelievably genius!
It’s really not that difficult, either! Just go through your collection, dig deep and fall in love again with old treasures you once promised to cherish forever.
When I went through my personal stash I was surprised what I forgot to use over the past months, for instance my foundations. I came across my Face Finity All Day Flawless Foundation and the Shiseido Foundation I grabbed on my vacation in Greece. They had a huge sale going on which saved me a whole lot of money, ahhh memories.
I also dug out my Phytogenic Powder, which I bought back in Vietnam, as well as my Black Cherry lipstick from Revlon on my trip to London. I also found my Blush / Bronzer Combo from NYX, which I loved! Last but not least, I came across an old love from L’oréal,an eye shadow – the perfect base for sultry eyes.
I am planning to do this SYS – ritualevery single month to learn how to really appreciate my findings and if that means that I won’t shop as much anymore, so be it. 😉
