Die Londoner Accessoires-Marke GARNET steht für Modernität und Zeitlosigkeit. Ihre Produkte sind so entworfen, dass sie sowohl von Männern, als auch Frauen getragen werden können. Die Hauptmerkmale von Garnet sind Funktionalität, sowie das architektonische und grafische Design, das in jeder ihrer Kollektionen wiederentdeckt werden kann.
Die aktuell erhältliche Kollektion gleicht einem futuristischen, cleanen und simplen Stil, der vor allem viel Schwarz, Weiß und Metallic-Farben beinhaltet. Garnets Taschen werden in verschiedensten Formen angeboten. Einige von ihnen sind auch multifunktional. Es gibt auch viele verschiedene Geldbörsen, Gürtel oder Clutches. Die Herausragendste von denen ist für mich die “Alderney” Clutch; vorn gefaltet lässt sie sich einfach um das Handgelenk tragen, ohne dass man die Tasche ewig in der Hand halten muss.
Alles in allem ist Garnet ein Label, das sehr auf unverwechselbares Kunsthandwerk und Details fokussiert ist, ohne überladene Dekorationen für die Designs zu nutzen.

London based accessories brand Garnet stands for modernity and timelessness, creating products for both, men and women. Garnet’s main features are the functionality, architectural and graphic design which can be found in all of their collections.
The currently avaible collection ressembles a futuristic, clean and simple style, including mostly black, white and metallic colours. Their bags are offered in various shapes, some of them are multifunctional. That means, they can be worn as shoppers, messengers or backpacks. The “Wilton small/large” is a perfect example for this, made of real Italian leather and lined with cotton.
What is special about this brand’s products is that they are so easy to transform. By simply attaching one more strap, you can transform the “Horton” shoulder bag into a rucksack. However, big bags aren’t the only things Garnet can offer. There are also many purse pieces, belts or clutches. The most striking one that came to my mind was the “Alderney” clutch, which is folded in the front. This enables you to easily wear your bag around your wrist without having to keep it in your hands the whole time.
Needless to say, Garnet pays a lot of attention to details and exceptional craftsmanship, producing statement pieces without using an overload of decorations.
