Kathleen ist eines der Talente, welche die Ehre haben an der deutschen Modesendung „Fashion Hero“ teilzunehmen und sich damit ermöglichen, national und international durchzustarten.
Nach der Ausbildung zur Maßschneiderin führte sie ihre Karriere ans Theater, wo sie sich austoben konnte bis sie sich entschloss, sich 2010 ihren Traum schließlich zu erfüllen und ein eigenes Label zu gründen. Es trägt ihren Namen „Kathleen“ und ist mit den 3 Jahren noch sehr jung. Doch ist schon ein ordentliches Sortiment vorhanden. Kleider, Röcke und Hosen, Mäntel und Jacken, Tops und auch Kostüme bietet Kathleen an.
Die Designerin selbst meint zu ihrem Stil, dass er sehr minimalistisch ist, sich auf das Wichtigste beschränkt und auf Verzierungen verzichtet. Es sollten universelle Designs sein, welche die Trägerin nicht verkleiden, wie im Theater, sondern ihre persönliche Schönheit zum Vorschein bringen, indem die Kleidung selbst in den Hintergrund tritt.
Die Designs sind oft in Bewegung abgelichtet. Das Model springt in die Luft und macht tänzerische Bewegungen, was den Eindruck hinterlässt, dass sie sich sehr wohl fühlt. Die Hose ist locker geschnitten und ist am Saum eng zusammengezogen. Das Oberteil verläuft als breites Band quer über den Oberkörper und die rechte Schulter. Mit dem dunklen Teint und dem Turban auf dem Kopf ist das Model eine exotische Schönheit.
Mit ihren Designs verfolgt Kathleen wirklich ihre eigene Linie und lässt sich von niemandem einen Trend diktieren. Was dabei herauskommt, ist zeitlos, bequem, schlicht und trotzdem schön.

Kathleen is one of the few talents which were given the chance to participate in the German fashion TV show “Fashion Hero”. In this way, Kathleen can also get hold of the opportunity to have a national as well as an international breakthrough.
After being trained as a tailor, her career led Kathleen into the theater branch, where she could experiment and perfect her skills, until she decided to make her dream come true. In the year 2010, she founded her own label and named it Kathleen. The label indeed is young, as it has only been on the market for three years. Nonetheless, the assortment is not to be underestimated. Dresses, skirts and pants, coats and jackets, tops and costumes are offered by Kathleen.
The designer personally describes her style as very minimalistic and reduced to the most essential parts as they are still powerful without additional decoration. According to her, her designs are universal. Her creations are not supposed to be a costume. Kathleen doesn’t treat her customers as actresses in a theater. Instead, her creations are meant to emphasize the natural beauty of the wearer.
The designs are often presented with the help of movement. The mannequin jumps up in the air and carries out dancing movements, which gives the audience the feeling that she feels absolutely comfortable in her clothes. The pants are loosely cut, but tighter around the ankles. The top has a very loose fit as well, only covering the right shoulder. Blessed with a dark complexion and wearing a turban, she looks like an exotic beauty.
With her designs, Kathleen implements her own ideas, never following anyone’s directions. The result is timeless, comfortable, plain and yet beautiful.
