You’ll need
1x white polish (Essie Blanc)
1x blue polish (Catrice It’s All I Can Blue)
1x dark red polish (Maybelline’s Cherry Sin)
1x black polish (Essence black is back)
1x dotting tool
Start off by painting all of your nails white.
Now take your blue nail polish and your dotting tool and create blue dots on each nail.
Now take a smaller dotting tool and a blood red nail polish and create the veines of the eye by dragging the polish light handedly across the nail.
Now back to the thicker site of the dotting tool, dot a tiny black dot in the middle of the eye, afterwards a white dot to create a mirrored effect inside of the eye and you are finished.
