„Alte Anmachen nerven“, wer das denkt, kennt Lilibon noch nicht. Das Swimwear Label beruft sich nämlich bei den sexy Designs auf die guten alten 40er Pin-Up-Jahre. Die Designerin Emilie Bon mag das Design von Lingerie und versucht, die unverfälschte, selbstbewusste Weiblichkeit dieser auch in ihre Bademode einfließen zu lassen. Diese Inspiration lässt sich in der Verwendung von Spitze erkennen.
Momentan sind vier Kollektionen des Labels zu bestaunen. Beginnend mit der „Love is all Collection“, über die „Afternoon Collection“, die „Black Collection“ bis hin zur „Lace Collection“ lässt sich der Retro-Style erkennen, wenn auch in verschiedenen Stimmungen.
Die „Love is all Collection“ ist kindlich-süß. Mit viel Rüschen und buntem Blumen-Schmetterling-Muster ist diese, wie der Name bereits verrät, die lieblichste Linie. Die „Afternoon Collection“ hingegen ist mit der blauen und roten Spitze, die darin verwendet wird, um einiges verführerischer. Die „Black Collection“ wiederum setzt auf Eleganz. Schwarz und Gold, edles Dunkelrot finden Verwendung und machen aus den Designs die „Abendkleider“ unter der Bademode des Labels. In der „Lace Collection“ wird, wie der Name schon verrät, mit Spitze gearbeitet. Das Heißt, die Spitze wird über den undurchsichtigen Stoff gelegt, und verpasst den Designs nicht bloß Sexappeal, sondern auch einen jugendlich-verspielten Touch.
Lilibon arbeitet viel mit Badeanzügen, Retropant-Schnitten und auch den typischen 40er Jahre Höschen, welche bis zum Bauchnabel führen. Obwohl diese Designs vielleicht nicht unbedingt vorteilhaft für eine gleichmäßige Bräune sind, erzielen sie am Strand oder Pool doch die erwünschte Wirkung: Gut aussehen.

„Old turn-ons are annoying“, everyone who thinks that doesn’t know Lilibon yet. The swimwear label focuses on the sexy designs of the good old 40s – The Pin-Up years. Designer Emilie Bon likes lingerie designs and tries to bring this confident and natural femininity into her swimming fashion. This inspiration is shown in lace for example.
Currently you can marvel at four collections this label has. It starts with the “Love is all Collection”, the second collection is the “Afternoon Collection”, the third one is the “Black Collection” and last but not least the label has the “Lace Collection”. In all of them you can see the Retro-style, even though they convey different atmospheres.
The “Love is all Collection” is cute and kind of innocent. With lots of frills and colorful flower and butterfly patterns this collection is as the name already says the loveliest one. The “Afternoon Collection” in contrast with the blue and red lace is by far more tempting. The “Black Collection” however revolves around elegance. Black and gold, gallant burgundy can be found in this collection and make the designs the “evening gowns” of swimwear by this label. In the “Lace Collection”, as the name already implies, it is all about lace. This means the lace is put over the opaque cloth and doesn’t only give the designs sex appeal, but also a frisky and young style.
Lilibon works a lot with bathing suits, retro cuts and the typical 40s panties, which for example reach up to the midriff. Even though these designs may not be optimal for an even tan, they get the desired effect on the beach or at the pool: Looking great.
