Bei dem Label Ostwald Helgason kommen Einflüsse aus zwei ganz unterschiedlichen Ländern zusammen. Zum einen bringt die aus Deutschland stammende Designerin und Mitgründerin des Labels, Susanne Ostwald, ihr Talent und ihre Leidenschaft ein, zum anderen der isländische Designer Ingvar Helgason. http://ostwaldhelgason.com/
Klar definierte Schnitte und die Verwendung vieler Farben und überraschender Muster bestimmen die Kollektionen. Fast jedes Kleidungsstück des Labels ist in verschiedenen Ausführungen erhältlich, wobei der Schnitt derselbe bleibt, sich aber Farbe oder Muster verändern. Die Stücke sind sehr modern. Präsentiert werden Retromuster und burschikose Schnitte. Cooles Colourblocking ist hier angesagt! Eine Mischung aus Schuluniform, Retro-Schick und sportlicher Lässigkeit ergibt sich in den Kollektionen.
Karos und Dreiecke zieren Röcke und Kleider genauso wie Blumenmuster. Weiße Blusen werden durch bunte Striche aufgemotzt. Viele der Kleidungsstücke haben einen Kragen und wenn nicht, kann man sich einfach einen gemusterten Umlegekragen des Labels zulegen.

Clearly defined cuts and the use of many colors and surprising patterns determine the collections. Almost every piece of clothing by this label is available in several versions. Only the cut remains the same, but the colors and the patterns are variable. The items are very modern, while the cuts are boyish. But retro patterns can be found as well. Cool color blocking elements are on the agenda of this brand. A mixture between a school uniform, the retro look and sporty easygoingness characterize the collections.
Checked patterns and triangles embellish the skirts and the dresses as well as floral patterns. White blouses are beautified by colorful dashes. Many garments possess a collar and if not, you can still acquire a separate collar at Ostwald Helgason.
